I placed an order that was not delivered and was cancelled by the driver. Before the order was cancelled, I tried four times to contact the driver through text and phone. I only got voicemail on the phone and got no response on text. I was sent a message saying that the order was undeliverable and that I was being charged the full amount. I contacted Uber Eats and they told me three times that I cancelled the order, which I did not. They refused to give me a refund.
