Horrible company that will rip you off. They advertise promos for free items and will not honor them. I ordered from a restaurant because of the promo offer but I didn’t realize that I was charged full price for the item. Uber Eats customer service then tells me I am not eligible for a refund or credit. Lately items I have ordered are missing from my delivery and I have been getting the same response. Basically overpaying for everything and not receiving what I paid for is becoming normal practice. Uber Eats seems to condone this and will not issue a credit or refund. I am forever DONE with this company
