Long time customer who uses uber eats for corporate and personal accounts. We've had a few rough driver experiences but just recently had one where driver refused to pick up food and drove around saying sorry and they would return the food. We asked to cancel then found out we still are full charged. Asked about to customer support and pretty much got tough luck and closed the chat.
We are canceling all accounts and beyond happy to switch to door dash. We only used ubereats because it worked for our corporate vendor but they are not worth the unprofessional service for their own errors.
