I ordered food from a store. It took an hour for the food to be processed. Nobody was picking it up. Finally, somebody answered to pick it up and I seen them sitting in the parking lot on the app for another 25 minutes. I finally called the store and the store said he just took the food. He’s on his way to you, I hit the cancel button by accident and then they sent me something saying you canceled you’re being charged $77. I said I didn’t send they never responded back so the driver took my food and ate it and I have to pay $77 to Uber. I’ve been dealing with them and paying over pricing to have my food delivered. I will never ever ever use them again. They are garbage .
