The driver arrived late with my food. He only had one of the items I had ordered so I refused to accept it. He marked my order as delivered. Uber eventually refunded my order but only the items the driver didn’t have with him but they are charging me for the item the driver took with him. They refuse to refund the whole order even though I didn’t receive any of it.
