These people suck so bad that it is hard to articulate. It is virtually impossible to speak to a person. Chats take a literal hour. I had an order that was completely wrong and they offered me a refund of ONE DOLLAR. I mean, seriously, FU. It took me over an hour to get my money back, and i had to dispute it with my charge card.
this is but one story of many, many, many which has finally driven me to cancel my account completely.
this company is disgusting.
