I made an order the driver showed up at some place which was not my address. I waited outside for him I didn’t see anything.. he said he delivered the order but never did ..He said he tried contacting me with phone and it failed but at least he should have used the message platform. I inform customer service but they say they can’t refund me my money it’s not fair . It’s not a way to treat customers
