@UberEats, this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. It's been 4weeks since I requested a refund for my order, and not only have you failed to process it, but you've also ignored all my comments. To make matters worse, I spoke with a representative named Jayadurga from UberEats India, who PROMISED me over the phone that this issue would be resolved immediately. Clearly, that was a lie. I’ve been more than patient, but your complete lack of communication and follow-through is SHAMEFUL. I demand my refund NOW and a direct response from you.
