The delivery drivers are incompetent, recently have been taking 30-50 minutes to deliver from a place that is only around 15ish minutes away so they're of course delivering other food along the way, and I can see they're stopping at houses but yet when I call asking what is taking so long they always have the same sort of excuse that "something is not working". Today I ordered £35 worth of food and after waiting around 40 minutes and watching the delivery man drive past my road and stop at other houses when I received it the paper bag was wet and broken I don't know how the delivery person wasn't ashamed of handing me that mess, the food was also wet and because the bag was broken some food fell onto the floor becoming inedible. Just a waste of money because of these delivery people. Uber Eats customer service is also trash so better idea to avoid this company.
