I ordered a supplement and received a jar of mustard instead (the image was wrong and the shopper went by the image instead of the description/item name). I received a refund, but I am expected to place a new order to get the item I needed, and pay the delivery and service fees? I must add that I am an Uber One member, but delivery is only free if I spend $40?? It's not the delivery fee, its the principle. Same issue when a food order comes cold, the entire item should be refunded, not just $6, or a replacement should be organised. It's so sad that customer service is a thing of the past. I will not be renewing my Uber One membership and will refrain from using Uber Eats. I now have to walk in the cold, 45 mins there and 45 mins back, to get my supplement because I refuse to make uber richer by placing a new order.
