I had a terrible experience with Uber Eats. My order was delivered wrong and missing items, and their customer service was completely unprofessional. They refused to issue a proper refund and showed no concern for their customers. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t deliver what you ordered and fails to resolve the issue. They need to do better at taking care of their customers. Uber Eats is the worst delivery service I’ve ever used.
