Everyone is complaining about the same thing that happened to us!
The order was missing an item and there is no one to call and the automated "help" system won't do anything but continually say that the order was confirmed as correct and not eligible for any refund. What a dishonest business. If any of us did our jobs like this we wouldn't have jobs. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER
