My order never arrive. I waited on my porch but the courier never showed up. While I was waiting on my porch, I saw the UberEats app nonsensically update my order to "Delivered". When I called in, I was told "This order is not eligible for a refund. I wish I could help but there is no option for me to issue a refund on my end -- the system does not allow it."
UberEats took my money without giving me food and doesn't consider this eligible for a refund? What an awful service, never again.
