I place an order by Uber (Shelby’s shawarma) I had my home address selected by mistake I cancelled my order right away within 10 seconds but Uber charged me $39.99 dollars for cancellation. I tried to call but of course they don’t have this option as they do not want to resolve the issue. I chat with customer service they said because the order was accepted by the restaurant we can not do anything.
I will not ordering Uber ever again and encourage my family and friends not to use Uber. Pathetic customer service
