I ordered Uber eats from Instacart . My estimated time was moved twice …Uber driver drive to the wrong location… the agent on the phone didn’t find any solution besides canceling my order rather than paying for their mistake and redirecting the driver. She event hung up on me after I presented myself on the phone . I’m over being over charged and not given the service we’re paying for. We have to defund these corporate company over utilizing their power . They don’t even pay their team enough and penny pinch on the virtual assistant that barely speak the language we are fluent in. This can cause frustration but I just want solution.
