I’m very disappointed in Uber Eats.
My husband and I ordered groceries tonight and got the wrong order. When he texted the driver to tell him we got the wrong order. They said that we had the right order and hung up. He then called them through the app. The person looked up his account and said that he was “not eligible for a refund”. I tried calling them on my phone to see if I could talk to someone more knowledgeable. I sat on hold for 20 minutes. When I got someone I was transferred to a “higher up”. He asked me for the account information and order number. He said he “could not find the account or order. They have been no help and I’m so frustrated. My husband was just trying to deliver me orange juice so I would get better without having to drive to the store.
