Awful service, have ask everyone I know not to use uber eat again including all my families.
I selected items I want to save as to order when I arrive my destination. while saving it, I mistakenly press order and immediately cancel it. Just few seconds, uber eat took £27.21 from account. I messaged support team, they never reviewed my claim instead I received automatic message charging me for food I didn't receive. No phone, no email, looks funny. How can a company like that not have direct phone or live chat.
