Twice now orders were made wrong. They asked for pictures of the errors that I gladly provided. And the last order was delivered to the wrong house, clearly seen in the delivery photo. When I contacted Uber Eats I was informed that they can't do anything to compensate. "The system is locked". The order was wrong and that is the restaurants fault, You have to take it up with them. And the delivery to the neighbors house (clearly seen in the delivery picture) is acceptable by Uber Eats. "The driver will be notified" No compensation is offered for either mistake. This company doesn't care because there are plenty of other customers. Going back to picking up my own food and canceling my Uber One account. They use to be a great service that I gladly payed the fees for. Now they are sinking in the customer service department. Order at your own risk or if you don't mind the wrong items or delivered to the wrong house.
