Restaurant had BOGO meal, both meals were in my cart but something happened after I checked out and it only did the one meal. I canceled the order right away so I could fix it but the restaurant also confirmed it right away so even though I canceled and they absolutely did not have time to start the order I was still charged “due to the restaurant already starting the order”. I spoke to 3 different people and i told them if I was going to be charged I would just take the order even without the bogo but they said it was too late. Already cancelled and I don’t get my money back either. So I didn’t get my food and I didn’t get my money back either.
