I received awful service from UberEATS today. My breakfast order was wrong and missing a few items. I raised the issue with customer support. I know the issue of missing items is not with UberEATS but with the restaurant, but HOW DARE UberEATS make me feel like I am being dishonest and trying to get my money back on a missing hashbrown and a sausage patty! No, it is the principle that my order was delivered wrong!!!
I am incredibly saddened to hear UberEATS based my current review on the number of orders I have received price adjustments or credits, which is two out of nine orders! However, almost every order I have received from UberEATS delivery has missed items, missed delivery time or been delivered cold, which I have not raised and let slide. However, the originating issue concerns UberEATS and the restaurant, not the customer. I wouldn’t have to contact UberEATS and complain if my order was remotely satisfactory!
I am offended by the insinuation that I am perhaps being dishonest.
