Last night i ordered dinner from wild buffalo wings in shelton ct via uber eats the estimated wait was 55/60 minutes the driver called me at the estimated time saying the restaurant was backed up and not filling all orders he strongly suggested i cancel, which i did and uber eats said no refund available because the restaurant had taken the order i escalated the situation asking to speak to a manger and again was told they were sorry for the situation, but i should not have cancelled my order they refused to refund the cancellation fee Why are their employees telling customers to cancel orders and then charging the full fee? Why is this cancellation policy not listed on the app? Uber Eats does not support their customers nor their employees they are the worst delivery service i have ever experienced
