I’m extremely disappointed with Uber Eats. I placed an order that:
1. Didn’t follow my allergy instructions, making it unsafe to eat.
2. Arrived cold and of poor quality.
3. Was missing a paid-for item.
Despite reporting this, Uber Eats only refunded £1 for the missing item and ignored the rest of the issues, including the health risk posed by ignoring allergy instructions. Their refusal to address my concerns and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering, especially if you have dietary restrictions. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be pursuing further action to resolve this matter.
