I placed an order and when I received it, I only got half the items that I ordered. When I went to the app for help, I sent pictures, descriptions everything. No one got back to me for 12 hours and all that was said, your order is not eligible for refund. Then it changed to issue resolved and I haven’t been able to get contacted back since. Why I am paying for items I did not get?? Never ordering again for uber eats or that restaurant.
