I spent over $60 on a mexican takeaway order via Uber Eats Australia. The food arrived over 1 x hour after the order was placed. It was:
a) stone cold
b) inedible
c) looked like vomit
d) gave me food poisioning when I ate a small portion of it.
I contacted Uber Eats customer support about this, who politely told me to f*** o**, saying it was not their problem.
My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP......for your own safety.
