I am a driver, or was, for Uber eats. They are the most unprofessional company I've encountered. They thought they would go ahead and deactivate my account due to cancelled orders, when they send me to closed stores and leave me no other option but to cancel. Even if I call for support, they just instruct me to cancel the order. The whole time this is damaging my cancellation rate. On top of that, customers cancel the orders and they must count those against us too. Upon checking my records, because they are available right in the app, I see mainly customer cancellations. I've only got a few and each time the store was closed or didn't have the order in their system. I also called Uber each time to confirm this. They still deactivate my account. I believe this is due to me complaining about how bad they are. Who wouldn't? You're constantly wasting my time and gas. Then you blame ME for it? They review their records and I guess still can't see what I'm looking at right in the app. Photos will show. My advice, don't order from them or drive for them.
