Uber Eats, needs a complete revamp when it comes to its customer service reps and many of its drivers. What's the point in having a Help option, or a chat server to inform the company of mistakes in regards to your order?! The fact that a driver has picked up your other, and goes past the latest time for it to be delivered, and then cancels it on their end, is absolutely ridiculous and complete thievery. 70% of the time, when you reach to the company to explain what occurred, they give you a condescending response, and say, 'Unfortunately, we can't adjust the charges/offer a refund or give you a credit, due to their policy'. Talk about some bs. They're basically saying, we offer a delivery service, which the customer is required to pay for and tip, ahead of time, before we release your order to the restaurant. On top of that, if our drivers mess up your order, by delivering it to the wrong location, because they can't be bothered to read the delivery instructions, all we can and WILL do, is offer you a meaningless apology, whilst NOT abiding our policies, if it's going to cost us". We sincerely appreciate your business and hope that you'll continue to do business with us.
My only business, is to not refer anyone to Uber Cheats, and send them elsewhere.
