I have no idea why I want something for £5 and have to pay £11! I mean it's ridiculous whats the point of writing subtotal £5 and then waisting my time for 5 minutes just to find out it's £11! You aren't going to get many orders if it's this expensive! And service change? You can presume that the service was good and ask me to pay £3! This is ridiculous change your prices or your getting nowhere!
