I ordered a £36 meal using uber eats as I am a disabled women who cannot drive to mcdonalds whenever I want to. When placing this order I used the mcdonalds closest to me which is 5 minutes maximum from my home. My order had been delivered from a location 20 minutes away from my home ensuring the food was delivered cold and inedible with items missing from my order. I tried to contact uber through the app with no reply even after multiple hours. I then contacted them through Facebook messanger to be refunded for thw items missing about 2 pound and 2 pound for the 5 pound delivery fee! I obviously was not happy with this in the slightest and asked for the contact details of a manager to basically be told no. So I spent £36 pound on inedible food and cannot get a full refund because they "refunded me" for my delivery fee which wasn't even the whole amount and the missing items. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering via uber again. I tried to leave a review on their Facebook page however they do not have that setting enabled so you can't leave any reviews at all
