This is the second time i have been ripped off. The first time we ordered a 5 pizzas and called the driver back and he said he delivered everything he was given. I called Uber Eats and they said the order has been fulfilled so nothing they can do about it. Today, I put in a grocery order and the delivery guy was cancelling many of my items (turns out he was on a bike) and couldn't bring the heavy stuff so i suggested to him that he should not accept the order. I called Uber eats to tell them what was happening. the delivery guy purchased about $160.00 worth of my order (out of the $270.00 order). I never received my order, as Uber is now saying i cancelled the order, which I did not do, only suggested he not accept it. I called customer service and they say i cancelled the order so i don't get it or my $160.00. NICE. RIPPED OFF AGAIN. WILL NEVER USE UBER for anything ever again. Buyer beware. This is actually THEFT. If i cancelled the order why did he go through with it and then just keep the items i paid for.
