I am an uber one member, I generally order shopping twice a week and food once a week, in my area over the last three months I have had an incident with missing products damaged products or over an hour delay on delivery on 75% of orders. Unfortunately the customer service is shocking and non-existent it’s run by a bot and because of the volume of issues that I have the bot is now blocking any requests for a refund on items I make as it’s flagged on my account that I am claiming refunds on too many orders. Shocking Customer Service can’t speak to anyone when you have a customer who is spending nearly £75 a week on average who’s being charged from missing items that don’t arrive and just keeps getting the same copy And paste response saying they can’t refund As far as I’m concerned that business doesn’t care about their customer. I won’t be using Uber Eats anymore and I will be cancelling my Uber one subscription. I have tried contacting their custom services over 10 times and still can’t speak to a human being really really poor. I’m sure Just Eat will be happy to take my money.
