What arrived was completely wrong—a jacket potato with tuna and cheese (which I cannot eat), and none of the extras I paid for. Not only was my order incorrect, but I was left with food I couldn't eat, meaning one portion went straight into the bin. I reached out to Uber Eats to report the issue, and their response? A £2.33 refund, even though I never asked for one. This doesn’t even begin to cover the extras I paid for, let alone compensate for the inconvenience. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience—wrong order, missing extras, and a poor resolution. Won’t be ordering from here again. Zero attention to detail.
