Terrible customer service- I accidentally entered the wrong address and reached out to customer service before the food had even left the restaurant to redirect or cancel the order for an extra fee. The real address was merely 1.5 miles from the one entered. I even called the driver multiple times to ask him if he could deliver it to my current address for a significant tip and he refused. The uber customer service was slow and of no help. The order amount was significant too and uber refused to explain why they wouldn’t issue a refund when I repeatedly tried to contact their customer support. I am extremely disappointed and used to even be an UberOne customer but wanted to say my experience was terrible.
