**Issue: Uber Eats Payment Error and Account Restriction**
I am writing to report an issue with my Uber Eats account, which has been preventing me from completing my orders. The issue began when I attempted to place an order and use my Uber Eats rewards for payment. Everything was going fine until I reached the final step, where the payment would not go through. Despite multiple attempts, I kept encountering an error at the payment stage.
At the time, I was extremely hungry, and the frustration of not being able to complete my order was very disappointing. I immediately contacted customer support, hoping to get some assistance, but unfortunately, their response was far from helpful. The issue has been ongoing for the past three days, and no one has been able to resolve it.
I was told that my account had been restricted due to certain terms and conditions, but there was no clear explanation or proper support provided to help me understand or rectify the situation. I tried reaching out to the technical team, but they never responded to my queries, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has made me lose confidence in Uber Eats as a service. I am disappointed with the lack of proper support and resolution, and as a result, I would not recommend Uber Eats to my friends or anyone else.
