I don't know how this app or company is still ongoing. I placed an order with the restaurant and called the restaurant immediately after placing the order and the restaurant told me to cancelled the order and put it in correctly and Uber Eats will automatically refund the money. I did just that. The restaurant never made the 1st order and I am still fighting to get the refund, that order was placed in January. Never received the refund, I have tried to reach out to them, this is the 2nd attempt and no response and my card company won't help me dispute it. Money gone. Uber Eats is trash. I would never recommend.
