I have a horrible experience today with Uber Eats. I being a single household member and sick to an extent that I can not even go at the main door of my building to receive the order. I arranged by calling the building manager to allow delivery at my door.
The Uber Eats App. was showing it’s coming and when the driver is 2 minutes away, The DELIVERY PERSON NAMED SAMANTHA CANCELLED The ORDER. I was not informed by her. When I cannot even get out of my bed properly , I had to cook my food to avoid starvation. I could not rely on Uber Eats for the 2nd order to be delivered.
How come the delivery person decide to deliver the food or not without even informing the customer ?? Why Uber Eats is allowing this type of poor service to cause tremendous grief to customers ?
I strongly recommend that Uber Eats take this review seriously and upgrade their service to avoid causing this type of inconvenience to its customers.
