We ordered Burger King through Uber Eats Friday night. Two of our five sandwiches were missing. Not only that but we were overcharged on one of the sandwiches. We tried calling Burger King and guess what, no answer. Then a recording comes on that the voicemail hasn’t been set up? Uber Eats claims they cannot give us a refund because their order and Burger King’s receipt matches. Excuse me, but how can Uber Eats prove the missing sandwiches were in our bag? We are done with the Burger King in Laurel, MD and also Uber Eats!
