Uber eats is so terrible now. Every order the forget to deliver part of the order and there is no longer any customer service. No phone number to call and everything is done through chat with someone who just says “too bad”, you are not eligible for a refund for the items even though you did not receive them…?! Who does that?! Who charges people for things they never got? Crooks and conmen, that’s who. Both the restaurant and the driver confirmed that I never got my items—but Uber eats took my money anyway and would not refund those items back to me. Literally a rip-off. The restaurant even said they have nothing but problems with them now. Just absolutely terrible. Never again. Liars and crooks.
