Ordered from Uber Eats on April 24, 2025 (Order #64E80), spent $79.37, and received... well, not most of what I paid for. Naturally, I expected some form of customer service. Silly me.
I reported the missing items right away — because, you know, $80 isn’t exactly pocket change — and Uber Eats promptly responded by doing absolutely nothing. In fact, they decided the best approach was to deny my refund and mark all my follow-ups as “no response needed.” Genius.
No phone support, no actual human to talk to, and not even an email option. It's like Uber Eats built an entire system around avoiding accountability. Even with an Uber One membership (because I thought paying for “priority support” might mean something — again, silly me), I was ignored like I’d just asked them to deliver to the moon.
If you're looking for a platform that takes your money and then ghosts you when something goes wrong, look no further. Uber Eats has mastered the art.
