I most likely have good experience with Uber Eats, but recently ordered food through them and ended up with Door Dash order. I was highly upset because I had some elses order. Although, a refund was offered, I still didn't want the order I received. I was hungry and ended up discarding it. I hope Uber Eats can come up with a solution to make sure that customers get their correct orders when handed off. You try to contact the drivers and can't get through, bc they restrict your call, wont answer, or can't speak English. It's ridiculous. It's very frustrating and upsetting when you don't get what you paid for and having to settle and eat some else's food;may not even be what you like.
