Ignored mycomplaint about rude, agressive driver with irratic behavior. He refused to come drop my food at my door. He made me goall the way to his car at 1AM. Serious safety concern. Notice uber brushed it off and told me to leave a score for the driver? When he will rape or attack women next time do you want her to leave a score too??? Now i paid for 2 Extra sauces. The meal itself always comes with 1 sauce. So i shouldve had 3 sauces but i only got 2. I sent a picture of the meal. Note the agent telling me i was not charged? He doesnt know how to do simple math. Meal was 14.99 but my subtotal is 16.99. Obviously i was charged 1$ twice. Look at proof and his response!!! There is poor quality control at uber. The CSR reps arw poorly trained ,dont know simple basic math and the company has no care in the world for customer's safety.
