My experience with Uber today has been disgusting. I'll be honest, the food arrived in a rather timely fashion compared to usual and it was great in actuality. However, there was an issue in the system that Uber entirely failed to care about helping me with properly. My total price today came to a $41.XX price because i accidentally tipped $21.50, when i thought the total cost was going to be $21.50. That's fine, my mistake. When realizing the issue with this, i went in to change the tip AS DIRECTED in the help column a few times. Even waiting with 15 minutes intervals to retry. Yet the system lacked any change each time I checked. Even better of an experience, after the "Customer Service" responding in 9 HOURS, (astounding response time btw) only sent me the Help section of how to change it myself EXACTLY as I attempted to, then finally say, "You can only edit the tip within 1 hour from the time the order was delivered." So they respond in 9 hours to tell me that they were 8 hours late to offer any kind of service whatsoever? Not too mention, the driver couldn't even grab any Sweet & Sour sauce and received a $20 tip! Honestly? This experience is abysmal and shows the entire lack of care from EVERYONE albeit the actual restaurant.
