Wouldn’t give one star for after sales…
Case C284872 SO-2394081 . Wouldn’t give one star for after sales issue with ONE tile but had to rate something. Less then a year my floor has been down and I have one lifting tile! Question after question from the company eg what was batch number of tile!!?Where is tile situated, what’s underneath?, ( despite also buying the membrane from them which was also recommended by them!) , send pictures which I have duly done , again for one tile which is raising in our conservatory from sun! We called the company before purchasing and was recommended the tiles by them for our conservatory but months and months have passed and question after question from the company has been emailed to me rather then one email which I have to chase as no quick action or quick response ever comes from them. They now want me to remove the skirting board and take pictures! All a great delay tactic to avoid any resolve on their part. It feels that the questions will never stop until they can find a fault on our part and wash their hands of the issue. Please bear this in mind when looking at the guarantee on the product as it’s nonexistent for us. I put this issue to them at the beginning of the year and still silly petty questions every couple of months sent to me but not before I’ve called or emailed to chase!
I’ve put the case number into my review as I see all replies from the company to people with my same problem are exactly the same. So many people with exactly the same problems as me, we can’t all be wrong!
