Worst company ever. I have placed 2 orders and none of them arrived, messed up with my entire project. It has been over 4 days and they didn't proceed with the cancelation I had to call my bank to stop the payment, luckly done by credit card. DO not buy form them as you can't rely on their delivery, I have sent an email about the issue, no replies and no apologies at all. They simply don't care!

I ordered LVT flooring from them for my daughter's bedroom. The only issue was late delivery and they refunded the cost. Absolutely nothing wrong with the flooring and it looks great. Very picky joiner had no complaints about the flooring and actually, we have enough left overs to do my small bathroom. Customer service slow at time but sorted out everything at the end. Would I order from them again, yes!

I ordered LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) from them, some planks arrived damaged twice (with quite a long waiting time for the replacement to be delivered). Finally with the 3rd delivery which I had to pick up myself at the warehouse we could finish the kitchen floor. Less than a month later, the planks start cracking and becoming wobbly. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months with absolutely no action from customer service, despite their rediness to reply to my Trustpilot review. I have covered my kitchen floor in cellotape to avoid tripping over and getting bits of material stuck in my feet. Faulty product may happen, appaling customer service is not acceptable. Run away from them!!

Horrendous Customer Service and Unresolved Flooring Issues I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received from UK Flooring Direct. I reported a significant issue with my flooring on 20th May 2024, where an area of the floor had failed, with corners severely damaged and rising up. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past two months, I have received the same generic response every time: "Good afternoon, I have passed this information onto the products fault team for you and am waiting on a response. As soon as I receive an update, I will let you know. Kind regards and best wishes, Chloe Drew" This response, dated 1st July 2024, is nearly identical to the one I received when I first reported the problem. There has been no progress, no action, and no resolution. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, frustration, and further damage to my flooring. The customer service at UK Flooring Direct is appalling. They have shown a complete lack of urgency and responsibility in addressing this issue. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the situation to consumer rights organisations and ensure that everyone knows about the poor service and unresolved issues through multiple negative reviews. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their inability to handle product faults and their terrible customer service have been a nightmare.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered flooring from this company on the 23rd of April and at the time of placing the order it asked me how quickly I needed the order. I put in next day delivery. When it did not arrive the next day, I called on the third day and was told the order hadn't even been dispatched. I was then told it had been dispatched for Tuesday the 30th of April which delayed my building work. The next day someone called me and told me that the dispatch address was the UK flooring direct warehouse and this was an error on their part, so they cancelled the order and reordered the same things for my home address but told me that it would arrive on the 1st of May. I spoke to my builder who said that was too late. I called back the next day and told customer services to cancel the order for the vinyl but they told me it had already been dispatched. They told me not to accept the order and it would simply be returned to the company. However, the order turned up on Tuesday the 30th of April - a day early than I was told - I was not at home, and my husband (who did not know what had been agreed between me and customer service) accepted the order. I was then left with the task paying for the cost of returning the vinyl back to the company. Then when I tried to send back the shipment the customer service agent told me to send back the package as 1 shipment. So I totalled the weight and size and created a return via UPS. The customer service agent said this happens all the time and they receive many returns all the time in this way. I specifically asked whether I should do it as 2 packages or 1. She assured me it should be returned as 1 package. This cost me £30 to ship. The next day when the UPS delivery guy came he told me he could not take both packages as there was only 1 tracking number so he only took one. He told me I had to create a new return, which I had to fork out another £30 for. I am now £60 out of pocket + the amount of the goods which are over £100 - these are good I wanted to cancel due to a delivery error on UK flooring Direct’s side but was told they had already been dispatched, and they arrived early so I couldn't even refuse them because I wasn't at home!!! This company is a total shambles. Do not use them ever.

Ordered a full property worth of flooring from the company, based on a delivery the following week (with a specific date chosen). Was then told two days before the delivery date that they don't have stock of the boards required and that they have revised the delivery date to nearly a month later, but they could offer alternatives. None of the alternatives were acceptable (all very different from what was ordered), so they then advised it would be up to 5 days for a refund. This is totally unacceptable given the timeframes for the refurbishment. Total waste of time and more than 6 email chains and multiple phone conversations to get to the point of cancellation. Would not recommend this company.

Be very wary ordering laminare flooring from this company. Very disappointing. Laminate flooring creaks.Our kitchen is 17 ft long.On complaing about the creaking they told us that if it is for a large space you have to have an expansion gap in middle of room with a trim to cover- If this was made clear from the begginning I would have not bought this flooring as it looke ugly and old fashioned.They do not have clear instructions on how this particular flooring needs to be laid- It says on their website you must look up manufacturer website for more detail .We were told flooring not installed properly with no adequate expansion gaps.It was installed properly.They are not an open and honest company and once they get your money if there is a problem they will not even try to understand or help.

I placed an order over the phone .After payment, I noted that lady called Penny mesup number of end profile with scotia. When I call them, they ask me to pay again plus one delivery, and when I receive the wrong number of end profiles, then I can send them back for a refund ! From Monday, I tried to contact Menager, but no one picked up the phone , I left many voice emails, emails, and nothing . Very bad consumer service, I'm so disappointed!!!

My experience with UK Flooring Direct has been a prolonged journey of disappointment that began over two and a half years ago. Having requested a sample during that period, I had initially anticipated using their services for a substantial wood flooring purchase throughout my property. Unfortunately, this expectation has been met with a series of letdowns and unfulfilled promises. Despite the early knowledge of my intention to make a purchase, the process has been marred by a lack of responsiveness and commitment on the part of UK Flooring Direct. The sample request, which was meant to be a precursor to a more significant order, did not set a positive tone for the subsequent interactions. Fast forward to the recent events surrounding a smaller order, I found myself in need of prompt service and reliable communication. However, the company failed to deliver on its promises, causing not only inconvenience but also forcing me to seek alternative solutions at short notice. While the current order may be comparatively modest, it was intended to be a precursor to a more extensive project involving the use of the same wood throughout my property. The sudden need to purchase elsewhere has created an unexpected urgency and has significantly disrupted my original plans. Despite the initial intention to establish a long-term relationship with UK Flooring Direct, the consistent letdowns and lack of responsiveness have compelled me to reconsider my association with the company. The absence of a reliable and customer-oriented approach has left me with no choice but to seek a more dependable supplier for my immediate and future flooring needs. In reflection, the extended duration of disappointment, coupled with the urgent need to secure flooring from an alternative source, speaks volumes about the company's failure to meet customer expectations and honour long-standing commitments. UK Flooring Direct offered me extra time to exchange my floorboards whilst I was 28 days into the 30 day returns period, then over the next week they ignored my attempts to contact them; on the rare occasion I receieved a response it was generic and unhelpful, and I have wasted several hours and hundreds of pounds with this company only to be left with floorboards I cannot use.

Disgusting company to deal with. Faulty flooring sent, refusing to issue refund, stringing it out two months now, just keep saying talking to manufacturers. Also refusing to give details of managers or legal dept. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

Lvt .....please save your money and shop elsewhere as you will see on other reviews its not fit for purpose I'm now faced at refitting new flooring for a customer free of charge and all this without so much as a reply from ukfd

Over 2/3 of boards have multiple cracks and fallen out knots that are filled in with artificial filling of a completely different colour (we ordered light brown oak, fillings were black). Needless to say that samples did not contain any defects. Customer service kept radio silence for over a week, then confirmed that the product matches the specification and refused to substitute. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

faulty inferior product, broken and cracked within months of fitting (trying to blame our professional carpenter's fitting skills and 'wrong underlay' - we used the correct underlay as per instructions. Keep removing my trustpilot review aswell. Shocking, DO NOT USE! take it from other customers as well!

They don't deliver. They don't tell you they aren't delivering your order on the day despite confirmation emails. I only found out when checking delivery times with DHL-the carriers- who told me that UK Floor had cancelled the delivery.Nothing from UK Floor despite my email to them informing them that the RE-SCHEDULED ( by them) delivery date could not be changed again. Despicable, uncaring service with a cavalier approach to customer service and, despite being promised a FULL refund as I cancelled the order they have deducted the fee paid for delivery - a delivery they did not fulfil and I have paid for. Avoid this sham of a company.

What can i say. If there was a zero score i would give it!! Last review removed from trust pilot!! Purchased nearly £1000 of the absolute garbage eurohome 12mm laminate flooring. Despite following fitment instructions the joints started to fail after a few weeks. Now nearly every joint has failed. Despite more e-mails than i care to count being sent to this useless company i have had little response and no offers to resolve. I am now discussing taking legal action with this company. Please avoid them at all costs. They really do not deserve to be in business

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service I have received from this company. We ordered some flooring and before placing the order used the online visualisation option provided. We were happy with the colour in our room and placed the order. When the flooring arrived it's was completely different to the shade we had ordered. We phoned UK flooring direct straight away and they asked us to send pictures which we did. 4 day later no reply! We then chased up with the company who told us it was different due to colour variations they refused a refund and told us it was our responsibility to return the flooring even though they sent us a completely different shade. When we told him we wanted to escalate the case he told us we wouldn't get anywhere but get the same response. No where on their website does it say that colours may vary. I was going to place orders for two other rooms as there was other flooring I liked but I will be going to shops now where customers are respected and valued. I have never been so disgusted! the level of after care this company has provided sickens me and I would recommend people to stay away. So going by the response this company has sent the whole point of their visualisation tool is redundant as it does not show the correct colour or shade and that their colour variations can go from a medium light oak to a dark oak. working on their response even if I ordered a sample from them and selected the colour I wanted when I place my actual order it could still come through a completely different colour or shade to what the sample looked like because they don't guarantee anything as long as it suits their case. Once again disgusted with their response and the way they are fobbing off their customers. Now I have to pay 80 pound to return the pallet which they charge 40 pound to deliver and they won't even help me by arranging collection even though I have said I will pay up front for the collection to the company and then they wait a further 14 days before even processing my refund. As before stay away from this company. Go onto Google reviews and check the feedback for this company is absolutely shocking. I will definitely be going back to buying in shops where they respect their customers and give Excellent after care.
