I ordered LVT flooring from them for my daughter's bedroom. The only issue was late delivery and they refunded the cost. Absolutely nothing wrong with the flooring and it looks great. Very picky joiner had no complaints about the flooring and actually, we have enough left overs to do my small bathroom.
Customer service slow at time but sorted out everything at the end.
Would I order from them again, yes!
