We bought 5 boxes of laminate flooring having given them all the information from a previous box of 10mm. When it arrived it's only 8mm even though the boxes say it's 10mm. We contacted them and sent all the pictures they requested, not once did they contact us. They are saying its 10mm but it's not!! We have professional people here laying the floor and they say its not you can physically see the difference. We could have returned the unopened ones if WE paid the cost of delivery!!! Which we were not prepared to do. What a bloody shambles we will never buy from them again!!
