I would not recommend this company. I ordered Luxury Vinyl LVT flooring, which was installed by using the correct underlay, a professional floorer who followed guidelines provided by the company itself. The flooring was stored accordingly before installation. After 2 months I noticed the floor had started to crack in places, each week this got worse and worse. The flooring is not completely snapped and has lifted all through my kitchen and hallway and is dangerous, particularly now I have a 10 month old baby who can crawl. I would love to be able to upload pictures of what the floor now looks like to prove how dangerous it is!I looked after the flooring using methods recommended by this company. I have contacted them in August 2024 to lodge a complaint, they did respond initially, however now I have emailed several times and no reply. This flooring cost me a lot of money and I have now lost this all and the flooring is not fit for purpose.
