This is the worst company ever to order flooring from. Out of 21 packs 10 of them where damaged. I refused the delivery and to say now 14 days I am still waiting for a refund. They will ignore you and they will not return your money. I am still waiting for over £1000. Please save yourself the time and hassle and avoid them
