I deeply regret buying Rustic solid oak (lacquered) flooring from UK Flooring Direct. It looked nice, but it is very easily scratchable, it splinters and it develops significant dents like a very soft type of wood does when an object is dropped on it. In short, in my experience, it is not a hard wearing floor at all.
