I have received wrong wood floor.
After immediatelly calling the customer service and providing photos of the wrong one I was told that the replacemente order (collection+delivery) would have been done in 2 days.
I took the day off from work to accept delivery but the order was not delivered.
So i called the customer service again and after more than half an hour waiting I've been told that delivery was scheduled for the following day. Again day off from work and again never delivered.
Same thing happened other 2 times (totally 4 day off from work and 4 missed deliveries) and finally I've been told that the warehouse hasn't received photos because the customer service hasn't sent them.
I sent the photos again and finally the delivery happened after more than 2 weeks since the wrong delivery.
I had to took 5 days off from work, re-schedule professional installation 2 times, call customer service 15 times and keep wrong floor in my living room for 2 weeks like a warehouse.
Worst customer service ever.
I'll never buy anything from them again.
