I love Ukta and their products, however, I will start ordering through a retailer who is not contracted with Lasership as their delivery service is horrible. No direct communication with an actual person after marking my package as out for delivery 4 times and delivery attempted times each of which I was home and able to recieve my package. Furthermore, a signature was not required, so I really don't know what the hold up is.
I am a person who loves the truth... someone dropped the ball? Cool... just TELL me that and stop the frustration and confusion.
